Annual General Meeting
Accountable to our supporters and donors.
Each year the Venezuelan Community in Ireland presents its work, finances and plans at our Annual General Meeting. We publish the AGM presentation here so volunteers, donors and supporters can see exactly what their solidarity has achieved.
What the AGM is
One meeting, a full year in review.
The Annual General Meeting is where our board reports back to the community. We look at the programmes delivered over the year, the humanitarian aid channelled to Venezuela, our income and expenditure, and the priorities for the year ahead.
As a registered Irish charity, transparency is part of how we work. Sharing the AGM presentation openly means anyone who supports us — by giving, volunteering or partnering with us — can hold us to the same standard we hold ourselves.

The AGM is a conversation, not a broadcast. We welcome your feedback, suggestions, proposals and ideas for improvement — they shape the programmes and priorities we take on in the year ahead.
